When you use our parking technology services, including ParkCo.com (“site”), ParkCoGO™ (“app”) and related services, including any electronic messaging with our site and app, we collect and use several types of personal information from and about you, including:
- Identifying information we can reasonably use to directly or indirectly identify you, such as your name, email address, mailing address, license plate, tag ID, vehicle characteristics and employer and any other identifier we may use to contact you
- Technical information: login information, IP address, browser type and version, browser plug-in types and versions, device type, operating system and platform, usage details and unique device identifiers
- Location and usage information: building address information, date and time of entry and exit from authorized parking lots by authorized and unauthorized users.
- Cookies and tracking technologies: We use cookies, web beacons and similar tracking technologies to collect information about your interactions with our services.
This policy does not apply to:
- Non-personal information that does not directly or indirectly reveal your identity or directly relate to an identifiable individual, such as demographic information or statistical or aggregated information. Statistical or aggregated data does not directly identify a specific person, but we may derive non-personal statistical or aggregated data from personal information. For example, we may aggregate personal information to calculate the percentage of users accessing a specific site or app feature.
- Non-personal details about your site or app interactions, including the URLs, clickstream to, through and from our site or app (including date and time), products you viewed or searched for, page response times, download errors, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information (such as scrolling, clicks and mouse-overs), methods used to browse away from the page or any phone number used to call our customer service number.

How we maintain, disclose and protect your personal information

- To advertisers and advertising networks that require the information to select and serve relevant advertisements to you and others. We do not disclose data about identifiable 4 individuals to our advertisers, but we may provide them with aggregate information about our users.

You can opt out of several third party ad servers’ and networks’ cookies simultaneously by using an opt-out tool created by the Digital Advertising Alliance of Canada and or an opt-out tool created by the Network Advertising Initiative.
